    Copyright Law

I run a blog which has been trademarked by me, Currently some one has bought a similar domain name with a .info and using to blog his content over there, he using the same type of (eg., how to type of posts) as of me in his blog.

The title of his site is like domain info and mine is only domain.

I am not able to find his identity, as he has blocked the domain info with who is protection and the hosting company is from India.

Can I sue this person for a trademark issue?
