The Problem with the referendum is the limited choices ...
Context
Legalizing cannabis ..... means facilitating Commercialism of Cannabis
What is not being offered?? is Decriminalizing Reasonable possession, use and cultivation [non commercial] of cannabis
If decriminalization were to be offered as a democratic? choice ...... current laws regarding the legalities of commercialism could be seen as a separate issue (gangs would still be groups of people that come together for criminal purposes like selling property they shouldn't)... however that kid who was caught with a joint wouldn't have a criminal record for life.
More youngsters would find practical reasons for learning about horticulture without being impeded by "marketing" or inappropriate legalisation
