I 100% agree with 'admin', from my experience with this criminal, Justice Arnold. However, I would re-phrase your final sentence to:

"a pat on the back from the Attorney-General (Christopher Finlayson) to reward him for his proven track record in covering up and concealing criminal and incompetent conduct of Crown employees."

Admin: You say in your article that: "Rob Moodie, the lawyer representing Margaret and Keith Berryman... took a private prosecution against Sir Terence.."

Do you know how that private prosecution was blocked?

If so, can you find a copy of the 'blocking document' and post it on this Forum?

I assume a Deputy Solicitor-General used Sir Terrence's (as then Solicitor-General) delegated statutory authority from the Attorney-General to file a Stay of Proceedings to the Court (a normal systemic corruption practice), which the Court must accept without question.
