As is proven in our other Forum Posts, (Lawyers and the law) John Holmes was caught out in a tape recorded meeting confirming he was NOT the instructing solicitor for National Finance Fraudster, Tony Banbrook, in a matrimonial case.
(Holmes referred to the tape as being "Scurruptitious") He is unaware that we actually taped him 4 times - watch this space !

One week after the initial meeting, John Holmes was contacted by VERNON TAMATEA of the NZ Law Society (an ex - policeman) who told Holmes he must say that he signed an affidavit saying that he WAS the instructing solicitor. (See attached Fraudulent Affidavit, Images 673/674/675)

A formal complaint of Documentation Fraud and Forgery were made to the Auckland CIB as to this False Affidavit and also a Fraudulent Account which was generated AND SIGNED by John Robin Holmes demanding $12,243 to be paid into his Holmes Dangen and Ass. Trust Account on behalf of TONY BANBROOK !!!

Detective DICK (Richard) GARTON was the officer in charge of the complaint. He reported progress of his "investigation" to his superior, GERRY (Gerrard) WHITLEY.

John Holmes gave D. GARTON a sworn statement in which he acknowledged once more that he was NOT the instructing solicitor for TONY BANBROOK. He also acknowledged the CONTENTS OF THE AFFIDAVIT WERE FALSE.
He admitted signing it !!! (See attached Image 677)

In a fine rendition of Leigh Hart's "SPEEDO COPS" , DICK (Richard) GARTON, however, stated to these admissions from John Holmes, that quote : " THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD WE WOULD BE SUCCESSFUL WITH A PROSECUTION."

The question is how is Thada Erasmus Inglin allowed to practise as a solicitor with an outstanding international arrest warrant, and why has the warrant not been enforced in New Zealand.Where is the Law Society and why do they not take action.Who if anyone will investigate ? in the meantime she must still handle clients money.

John Robin Holmes from Holmes Dangen and Associates Ltd and another dirty crooked lawyer called Mike Kitto along with some American criminals scammed honest Australians out of their hard earned funds.

Holmes and the other crooked lawyer Kitto would have made a huge amount of scammed funds from the World Energy Research scam. Over 11 million dollars were scammed and these two gutter snipes worked for them for 2 years so obviously they were paid very well. They were both informed of the scam on at least 3 occasions by investors who discovered the truth, however only responded with protective statements for their client and threats against these investors. We have absolute proof of this because we have all the emails. They are plying their trade amongst the unsuspecting NZ public but because of the state of the criminal justice system that I understand has a serious lack of funding and resources they will be able to continue with their criminal behaviour. It is no wonder these confident lawyers\criminals are laughing all the way to the bank and do not need to go on an extended holiday with the rest of the scammers involved who have all scarpered to countries where the law cannot reach them such as Central and South America.

Obviously, the New Zealand Law Society Lawyers Complaints Service is useless, but SFO may act if you give the information to them.

NO; the SFO will not. The SFO director is a lawyer who reports to a lawyer who is the most corrupt Crown Executive in NZ (Attorney-General Chris Finlayson). They see their role as protecting certain lawyers who would otherwise (by being prosecuted) bring the Law Society into disrepute by their frauds etc.

The SFO and Finlayson simply cannot have that, so will do nothing. Once the Law Society has decided to protect these individual lawyers, all other statutory authorities will follow, including Judges.

Simple SKL: prosecute them yourself under your rights to file private criminal prosecutions. Just follow the procedure. All that is required is for the jury to accept the evidence you present in support of the charge.
