Serious fraud office protecting corrupt judges

Rate this Entry
The Serious Fraud office (a government office) has dismissed a complaint against justices Randerson, Wild, French, Glazebrook, William Young and Ellen France by siding with the judges and their outrageous fantastical grounds they utilized to dismiss three applications.

Anyone wishing to obtain a copy of the Serious Fraud office's decision that supported the judges outlandish grounds to dismiss applications can obtain a copy by emailing nzjustice111@gmail.com

The absurd grounds (putrid to the rules of the Court and to law itself) was a litigant (police officer Spence) was under no legal/lawful obligations to disclose copies of his bank statements during civil litigation when he was suing a family trust after receiving thousands and thousands of dollars from that trust via internet banking and cheques over a 6 and a half year period.

A complaint has now been filed into the Ombudsman's office against the Serious Fraud office. A meeting with Attorney General Finlayson has also been called for.
